I work at night, when the real signals surface.

I’ve spent a decade inside some of Latin America’s fastest-growing companies watching the same thing happen over and over: leaders who already know what’s wrong but can’t bring themselves to say it out loud — or act on it.

That gap — between what everyone sees and what nobody names — is where I work.

My background is unusually wide. Journalist, adventure photographer, talent agent, executive coach, and people leader across six countries. I’m also studying psychology and thanatology, because understanding how people live, lead and let go has always been the work underneath the work.

I founded Cricket to do one thing: reflect back what the field is already telling you, so you can decide. Or not.
